I am a fifty-two year old father of three and have been married for twenty-three years.  Our kids are 17, 16, and 14 years old.  We live in Greenville, North Carolina.

Chicago born and raised, Southern Illinois University educated, I've aged & matured (gone gray) in Carolina,  .    

I met my wife in Keystone, Colorado where we were both working after finishing school.

After 3 1/2 years in the mountains, we moved to Chicago for about 1 1/2 years and then moved to North Carolina (my wife's homeland).

I have had my own contracting company since 1987.  In 2001, I opened my real estate company to serve my clients who may not want to build but need advice in making sound real estate decisions.

I enjoy the process of integrating the old proven methods with the new systems and technologies into homes that will perform well as a total system.  I also enjoy working closely with my clients from design to completion to provide the finished home of their dreams .
